working principle
The separated slurry enters the hydrocyclone tangentially from the upper periphery of the hydrocyclone at a certain pressure, resulting in strong rotary motion. Due to the difference of particle size between the large and small particles, the centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy force and fluid drag force are different. Due to centrifugal sedimentation, large particles are subject to centrifugal force and settle to the wall of the hydrocyclone and are discharged from the underflow outlet, while the small particles are overflowed The tube is discharged to achieve the purpose of grading or concentration.
Product advantages

Hydrocyclone group is composed of feed distributor, overflow box, underflow box and support. Reasonable design of distributor and inclination angle of box bottom will be beneficial to normal operation of equipment.
Scope of application
It is widely used in the recovery of coarse slime in coal preparation plant, concentration of pulp before flotation, concentration and clarification before filter and centrifuge, etc.
